The classic Type-1 Silver American Eagle design. First issued in 1986 the American Silver Eagle has become far and away the most collected modern silver coin in the World! Each Silver Eagle is struck from 1oz of .999 fine silver. The obverse design features a modern rendition of Adolph A. Weinman's classic Lady Liberty in full stride, enveloped in folds of the flag, while the reverse features John Mercanti's iconic Heraldic Eagle depicted with shield, an olive branch in the right talon and arrows in the left.
This coin is certified by PCGS in near perfect-strike MS69 and features the PCGS First Strike Flag label indicating the specimen was struck in the first 30 days of production.
