Obverse - The obverse features the first official coin effigy of King Charles III, designed by acclaimed British sculptor Martin Jennings.
Reverse - The reverse features the iconic Sugar Maple Leaf design created by Walter Ott, which has remained unchanged since 1979. Often referred to as the "Emblem of the Nation's Spirit," the maple leaf has been an important and recognizable symbol for nearly three centuries.
