This 2021 1oz Silver Krugerrand has been graded a perfect MS70 First Day of Issue by PCGS and has a denomination equal to 1 Rand. Silver Krugerrands were first issued in 2017 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original gold release in 1967. The coin gets its name from Otto Schultz's obverse design, featuring the face of Paul Kruger, four-term president of the old South African Republic. The reverse depicts a springbok, which is the national animal of South Africa. The image was designed by Coert Steynberg.
