Lowest-minted Bullion Silver Eagle
While typical bullion Silver Eagle mintages can soar into the tens of millions, this 2024 Star Privy Mark Silver Eagle has an extraordinarily low mintage of just 500,000 coins. This release sets a new record for the lowest-minted bullion Silver Eagle and the lowest-minted Type-2 Silver Eagle ever produced!
Mark Salzberg Signature
Each coin comes slabbed with an exclusive NGC Eight Era label hand-signed by Mark Salzberg. As the former chairman and a pioneer in modern numismatics, Salzberg is one of the most influential figures in the industry. He is also the co-founder of Nice Gang, Eight Era's developer, and was primarily responsible for bringing the Star Privy Silver Eagle to life.
First Day of Issue
Each 2024 (P) $1 1 oz Silver Eagle Star Privy comes certified by NGC as First Day of Issue. NGC has also guaranteed that each coin is in flawless condition with a perfect grade of MS70.
Nice Gang Collaboration
This special release introduces a new element to the Silver Eagle series. In collaboration with Nice Gang, the developer of Eighth Era, and the United States Mint, this special release introduces a unique element to the American Silver Eagle program. Former NGC chairman, Mark Salzberg, was instrumental in the development of this coin, working directly with the Mint to bring this unique opportunity to life. Eighth Era is the first AAA mobile game to incorporate real-world collectibles into its gameplay, and this limited-edition Silver Eagle is part of a unique collaboration with the game’s developer, Nice Gang, and the U.S. Mint. Salzberg's vision was to attract a new generation of collectors through this innovative partnership, blending numismatics with video games.
American Silver Eagle Series
Introduced in 1986 under the Liberty Coin Act, the American Silver Eagle is the official silver bullion coin of the United States and the most collected silver coin in the world. Originally designed by John Mercanti and featuring Adolph A. Weinman's "Walking Liberty," the series symbolizes American craftsmanship and liberty. In 2021, it underwent a major redesign, featuring an enhanced obverse and a new reverse designed by Emily Damstra and sculpted by Michael Gaudioso. This redesign also added advanced security features, ensuring the coin's lasting appeal and integrity for collectors worldwide.
