Thanks to advanced minting technology introduced in 2021, more of Weinman's original details are now visible. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and 1776-2026, along with Weinman's initials AW.

• Reverse — The reverse, designed by AIP Designer Emily Damstra and sculpted by U.S. Mint Engraver Michael Gaudioso, depicts a majestic bald eagle preparing to land, clutching an oak branch symbolizing strength, endurance, and freedom. Surrounding inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1 OZ FINE SILVER, ONE DOLLAR, and the Latin phrase E PLURIBUS UNUM, meaning "Out of many, one."

Congratulations Set

Since 2013, the U.S. Mint has issued the limited-edition Congratulations Set, historically struck at the prestigious West Point Mint. However, the 2026 Congratulations Set features a Proof Silver Eagle struck at the Philadelphia Mint, bearing a "P" mint mark. This marks the first time that the Philadelphia Mint has issued the Congratulations Set.
